NUCHAL TRANSLUCENCY

The new software based on the most recently available research findings is different from the previous version in the following respects:

The maternal age related risk is slightly different
Improved Likelihood Ratio (LR) for nuchal translucency
Improved Biochemical medians for free beta hCG (not for PAPP-A) and consequently different MoM
Changes in the truncation for the LR for NT and NT plus Biochemistry
Inclusion of tricuspid regurgitation (This feature is not activated in Australia)

As a result of these improvements, the risks given by the new software are inevitably different from those given by the previous version.

When the dialog box opens click on the Save button and select where you want to save the update on your computer e.g. desktop. The update file will be copied to the location you have specified. Note the update file (update.exe) is 7 Mbytes and the download time will depend on your internet connection speed.
When the file has been downloaded to your computer locate it and simply double click on the update.exe file and follow the instructions supplied and it will be installed on your computer.
When the update is complete, startup the program and check the version number in the bottom left corner of the startup screen or alternatively look under the Help menu and select the About... option.
If the update has been successful it is recommended that you delete the update.exe file you have just downloaded in order to avoid confusion with future updates.

Please note that you must already have a licensed copy of the software installed on your computer in order to install this update.
